Where is Downtown Beach House located?+
The house is directly on Okanagan Lake in downtown Kelowna, British Columbia, close to City Park, the waterfront promenade, restaurants, breweries and shops.
How many guests can the beach house accommodate?+
Up to five guests, with two bedrooms and a sofa bed. It is best suited to couples and single families.
What are check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Check-in is self-serve with a smart lock.
Is there a minimum stay?+
Yes. The minimum stay is 3 nights from June to October and 2 nights the rest of the year.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Bookings are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due at arrival.
Are pets allowed?+
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome. Please let us know what you're bringing in your booking request, and keep dogs supervised near the wharf and lake.
Is there air conditioning?+
Yes, the house is air conditioned.
Is the house accessible?+
Yes. There are no steps to enter the house and just two steps down to the beach. Please supervise children near the lake and wharf at all times.
What's included?+
Linens, towels, soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and free parking for two vehicles.
Are parties or events allowed?+
No. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM.
Can I bring a boat?+
Yes, by advance arrangement. The private wharf has a 10,000 lb hydraulic boat lift. Include your boat's length and weight in your booking request so we can confirm suitability before you arrive.
How do I book, and why book direct?+
Send a request through the form on this page or message us on Instagram. Booking direct saves you fees. No payment is taken when you submit the request, and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours.
Is the availability calendar current?+
Yes. Booked dates are synced from the Airbnb calendar. Because calendar feeds can take a short time to refresh, all dates and rates are confirmed personally before a reservation is finalized.
