Walk from the house, across the lawn and onto your own wharf. Downtown Beach House combines a private sandy beach with direct access to Okanagan Lake, so time on the water can be part of your stay.

Back on shore, there’s a lakeside hot tub, an outdoor fire table and a full kitchen. The two-bedroom house sleeps up to five guests and suits couples or a single family.

Before you bring your boat

10,000 lb hydraulic boat lift.

The lift’s rated capacity is 10,000 lb. Use is by advance arrangement and depends on your boat’s suitability. Please confirm with us before planning to use the wharf or lift.

Include these details in your request

  • Your arrival and departure dates.
  • Your boat’s length in feet and weight in pounds.
  • The make and model, plus any moorage questions, in the message field.

Choose “Yes” under “Bringing a boat?” on the booking form. We’ll review the details with you before confirming arrangements.

Is boat lift use automatically included with a stay?

No. Wharf and lift use must be arranged in advance. Include your boat’s details when you request dates so we can confirm suitability and arrangements.

What if I’m unsure about my boat’s weight or fit?

Send the make, model and any details you have in your booking message. We’ll discuss suitability before confirming use. The 10,000 lb capacity alone doesn’t confirm that a particular boat will fit.

Can we enjoy the waterfront without bringing a boat?

Absolutely. The private sandy beach, wharf and lakeside hot tub are part of what makes a stay here special. You don’t need a boat to enjoy the setting.
